We’re thrilled to welcome Hayley back to our team!

Her hospitality journey began after completing her Year 12 HSC, when she enrolled at the prestigious Blue Mountains International Hotel Management School (BMIHMS) to pursue a Bachelor of Business in Hotel and Resort Management and Event Management. During her studies, she worked with us part-time while preparing for her dream career aboard Princess Cruises.

Hayley’s professional path has taken her across the globe. She played a key role in launching the front office at Crystalbrook Kingsley Hotel, Newcastle, as Assistant Front Office Manager. Her international experience includes time at Hilton Cardiff in Wales and serving as a Front Desk Purser aboard the Sapphire Princess Cruise.

An avid traveller, Hayley has explored the UK, Ireland, the USA, Hawaii, Thailand, South Korea, Vanuatu, Vietnam, Cambodia, and several South Pacific and river cruises. One of her travel highlights was a Contiki tour through England, Scotland, Ireland, and Wales.

But her true passion? Disney! Hayley is our go-to Disney expert, having visited Disneyland California, Disney World Orlando, Disney Hong Kong, and most recently, the Disney Wonder Cruise. She’s already booked on the brand-new Disney Adventure cruise launching from Singapore in December 2025.

With her industry expertise, global travel experiences, and infectious enthusiasm for all things Disney, Hayley brings warmth, knowledge, and magic to every guest interaction.
